Resizing

We are happy to resize your jewelry. You will be charged for materials plus $14.50 for labor and a return shipping fee of $5.00. Please ensure that the correct length is measured before placing your order. Please send us a message and we’ll send you instructions on how to send an item for resizing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged additional fees may apply.

Shipping items more than $250

Any items with a purchase price over $250 will be shipped with a signature required via USPS. If you would like to decline the required signature, please send us a message stating that you accept responsibility for delivery of the item. We will then ship without signature required, however we will take no responsibility for delivery of your item.

For Canadian Customers

We will not collect GSTHST on orders shipped to Canada. Canadian customers may be required to pay the GSTHST once they receive the package.

I really like this idea because I have a bracelet I’m trying to use as an anklet (my bracelet is 7in)! However I was unsure of what size would be best. So I just got one (2.5) but it’s a little too small/tight around my ankle but I kind of expected that. I am definitely considering getting another one maybe one or two sizes bigger so the little heart could dangle but also not be in the way while wearing sandals and whatnot! But now I’m using it for my necklace and it looks great. I’m not sure if it’s 14K because the number rubbed off on the back… And it also has a different yellow tone of gold compared to my necklace. Regardless it is really beautiful! Thank you so much!!
