How to Choose the Right Size:
Measure your ankle just below the ankle bone using a soft tape measure, string, or strip of paper.
If using string/paper, mark and measure with a ruler.
Add:
➕ ¼ inch for a snug fit
➕ ½ inch for a comfortable fit
➕ ¾ to 1 inch for a looser, relaxed fit
Example: If your ankle measures 9", we recommend ordering a 9.5" anklet, which will be made as 9.5" + ½" extension (total 10").

Do you accept returns?
Because most our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the order was processed correctly with the correct length. Most items' length includes the clasp, the chain and the closure. Please read the listing description. Please ensure that the correct length is measured before placing your order.

Resizing
We are happy to resize your jewelry. You will be charged for materials plus $14.50 for labor and a return shipping fee of $8.50. Please ensure that the correct length is measured before placing your order. Please send us a message and we’ll send you instructions on how to send an item for resizing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged additional fees may apply.
Shipping items more than $250
Any items with a purchase price over $250 will be shipped with a signature required via USPS. If you would like to decline the required signature, please send us a message stating that you accept responsibility for delivery of the item. We will then ship without signature required, however we will take no responsibility for delivery of your item.
For Canadian Customers
We will not collect GSTHST on orders shipped to Canada. Canadian customers may be required to pay the GSTHST once they receive the package.
