Shipping items more than $250
Any items with a purchase price over $250 will be shipped with a signature required via USPS. If you would like to decline the required signature, please send us a message stating that you accept responsibility for delivery of the item. We will then ship without signature required, however we will take no responsibility for delivery of your item.
For Canadian Customers
We will not collect GSTHST on orders shipped to Canada. Canadian customers may be required to pay the GSTHST once they receive the package.

Most awful Etsy purchase, ever. I purchased this as a gift on 2/5/21. This was never delivered or held it at the post office for pick up, instead it was sent back to the seller. Now in order to get a refund, I have to pay 15% restocking fee for an item I never even received. I will be paying the seller $19 for never even receiving the package. This was not a requested return, it was done by the post office.

This double bracelet is exactly what I wanted - super dainty, high quality, and exactly as described. I had a question about the clasp and extension chain and Sayo was quick to respond and provided me with additional photos! It came in a cute little box and really quick shipping! Would definitely recommend!
