Love it so much I got this for my bff!

Happy with this purchase and transaction

Most awful Etsy purchase, ever. I purchased this as a gift on 2/5/21. This was never delivered or held it at the post office for pick up, instead it was sent back to the seller. Now in order to get a refund, I have to pay 15% restocking fee for an item I never even received. I will be paying the seller $19 for never even receiving the package. This was not a requested return, it was done by the post office.

This double bracelet is exactly what I wanted - super dainty, high quality, and exactly as described. I had a question about the clasp and extension chain and Sayo was quick to respond and provided me with additional photos! It came in a cute little box and really quick shipping!
