Resizing
We are happy to resize your jewelry. You will be charged for materials plus $14.50 for labor and a return shipping fee of $5.00. Please ensure that the correct length is measured before placing your order. Please send us a message and we’ll send you instructions on how to send an item for resizing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged additional fees may apply.
Shipping items more than $250
Any items with a purchase price over $250 will be shipped with a signature required via USPS. If you would like to decline the required signature, please send us a message stating that you accept responsibility for delivery of the item. We will then ship without signature required, however we will take no responsibility for delivery of your item.
For Canadian Customers
We will not collect GSTHST on orders shipped to Canada. Canadian customers may be required to pay the GSTHST once they receive the package.

I purchased the gold angel wing pendant for my friend who lost her son. I did not open the box until the day of the occasion I was giving it to her. The chain is way too short. This vendor has a no return policy but reached out to see if they would help. I was hoping to switch out the 16 inch chain for the 19 inch chain and pay the difference ($30) and shipping. What they offered me was $30 to do the extension of the chain and $14.50 for the labor. I ended up not doing it. Just too disappointed in them. Could have been so simple...wasn't sure labor would be involved or how you extend a chain. Bummer.
