Resizing

We are happy to resize your jewelry. You will be charged for materials plus $14.50 for labor and a return shipping fee of $5.00. Please ensure that the correct length is measured before placing your order. Please send us a message and we’ll send you instructions on how to send an item for resizing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged additional fees may apply.

Shipping items more than $250

Any items with a purchase price over $250 will be shipped with a signature required via USPS. If you would like to decline the required signature, please send us a message stating that you accept responsibility for delivery of the item. We will then ship without signature required, however we will take no responsibility for delivery of your item.

For Canadian Customers

We will not collect GSTHST on orders shipped to Canada. Canadian customers may be required to pay the GSTHST once they receive the package.

I do love this item but it wasn't exactly what I was expecting. I would recommend it though.

Super dainty and elegant. My friend loved it!!

Ordered two bracelets at different times and asked for both to be shipped together - seller was very quick to respond. Fast quick delivery considering it’s during Christmas rush shipping time. Be aware the bracelet is very dainty and “fragile”. So if you’re wanting something “thicker” and “heavier” this is not the piece for you. I pair it with my other bracelets. I have this seller in my favorites so I can order more! Haven’t ordered 14k gold jewelry from Etsy seller before so the wear and shower/soap test will tell me if it’s real solid gold or note. I’ve bought gold plated for my girls before and the shower/soap test works - tarnished to that awful greenish color you get from fake jewelry.
