Resizing
We are happy to resize your jewelry. You will be charged for materials plus $14.50 for labor and a return shipping fee of $5.00. Please ensure that the correct length is measured before placing your order. Please send us a message and we’ll send you instructions on how to send an item for resizing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged additional fees may apply.
Shipping items more than $250
Any items with a purchase price over $250 will be shipped with a signature required via USPS. If you would like to decline the required signature, please send us a message stating that you accept responsibility for delivery of the item. We will then ship without signature required, however we will take no responsibility for delivery of your item.
For Canadian Customers
We will not collect GSTHST on orders shipped to Canada. Canadian customers may be required to pay the GSTHST once they receive the package.

I bought this necklace, after searching for the right one on the internet for months, for my granddaughter's 5th birthday. It only took a few days to arrive, which I could not believe! It arrives in a lovely little box -perfect for gift giving and storing, and perfect for holding a necklace of such fine quality. The chain and the charms - Initial K, Aquamarine Birthstone and heart - are so pretty and so well made. I am thrilled with my purchase!
